We chose Williams Home Maintenance because they had done previous plumbing work for us at a very reasonable price. When we hired them again they did not stick to the hourly price I had been quoted over the phone. They instead charge a flat fee for the service and we paid almost $400 in labor for a plumbing job that took one man 2 1/2 hours to complete. They would not honor the hourly charge I had been quoted which would have brought the total to just over $200. I WOULD NOT recommend Williams Home Maintenance to anyone because they do not honor their word.

We recently chose Williams Home Maintenance to replace our central air conditioning system and could not be prouder of our decision to go with them over other companies that gave us bids. They were not the cheapest but they were not anywhere close to the most expensive judging from the other estimates we got. WHM installed a 3.5 ton Carrier system that gets a 15 SEER rating and we have already began to see the savings on our electric bill. The installation was messy but they wore shoe covers while in my home and cleaned up to my specifications when finished which happened to be one of their selling points. Im makeing a point to let everyone know about my positive experience with Williams Home Maintenance because I believe good news shouldnt be kept a secret!
